At Easy Import Auto, the entire logistics of your vehicle are managed in-house:

The container is loaded by our staff, with no subcontracting. We are the last ones to close your container doors with a numbered “SEAL” protection.

Once the importation process begins, you will receive access to Easy Import Auto’s intranet to track the progress of your import online.
You will have access, almost in real-time, to all inspection photos of your vehicle taken at our facilities. You will also be able to consult:
• Your Bill of Lading,
• Your maritime insurance contract,
• Documents related to the importation in your country (846A, copy of the title, copy of the sales invoice),
• The container tracking on a geographic map with the estimated port arrival date,
• The contact information for our French office.
The imports of your American car follows a tailor-made logistics process to ensure a smooth experience, without obstacles or surprises… except for good ones!
Once your container arrives at the Port, your container will be transported to our nearest Agent near the port, where it will be unloaded. Customs clearance will be completed beforehand. Your car will be made available to you, with the keys in the ignition
In theory, to export a vehicle from the USA, you simply need to provide the original registration document, called the “TITLE,” and a copy of your passport. However, note that some states in the USA do not issue a “TITLE” for collector or classic cars (e.g., New York, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Maine, etc.). In such cases, we can export your vehicle without its “TITLE.” Nevertheless, we will require the “CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.”
